Hi!
Welcome to the forum!
If you are trying to build, I am of the opinion, and most trainers recommend, that you limit your running, as it can burn calories from even hard earned muscle. You can limit your growth, running any more than just now and again to keep in shape. When you are ready to get more lean, you will want to increase the amount of cardio or running for to burn fat better. |

| I hear the best way to get rid of fat is to do cardiovascular. How else do you look ripped after working out? Probably the best way is to run on days you don't lift, but limit the running. |
